In order to qualify for FIVE years FREE updates and software support for your Thoroughbred products, the user MUST meet Thoroughbred minimum training requirements by attending one of Thoroughbred's group training seminars on the product or arrange for private training from Thoroughbred on products purchased. Additionally, the customer must purchase Symantec PcAnywhere and have either dialup telephone service or hi-speed Internet service configured to allow Thoroughbred Tech Support personnel to gain remote access to the computer system on which Thoroughbred software products are installed.
In order to qualify to continue free support beyond the original year from date of purchase the operator must obtain the authorized Thoroughbred training above.
If the Thoroughbred trainee, for whatever reason, is no longer the Thoroughbred software operator - the purchaser must get the new operator properly trained per Thoroughbred's requirements to continue to receive the remainder of the Five years FREE Thoroughbred software support.
Assistance beyond the 1st year from date of purchase for any untrained operator will be provided at an additional charge.
